This Planning, Engineering, Feasibility, and Sustainability project will fund pre-construction activities, including network design engineering, permitting, and an environmental review, to provide future fiber broadband service to 30 Tribal households and three Tribal Community Anchor Institutions.

Planning, Engineering, Feasibility, and Sustainability activities include:
- Completion of network design engineering, including the development of construction drawings, fiber splice diagrams, and engineering estimates, for a future ~75-mile middle-mile fiber network.
- Apply for and obtain construction permits for the future deployment of a ~75-mile middle-mile fiber network.
- Conduct an environmental study to assess the environmental impacts of the planned fiber network.
A well-developed, “shovel-ready” project designed and vetted for future Broadband Infrastructure Deployment to provide 1 Gbps symmetrical service.
This Planning, Engineering, Feasibility, and Sustainability project intends to benefit 30 Tribal households and three Community Anchor Institutions.
