Project Purpose/Type:
This Broadband Infrastructure Deployment project will include an Engineering, Feasibility, and Sustainability Studies project component that will perform planning activities and undertake a fiber buildout to several communities. This project will cover 1,045 individuals with a total household count of 432. This project will provide max speeds up to 1000/100MBPS for areas deploying fiber to the premise.

Project activities include:
- Engineering and planning for five Tribal Communities
- Fiber construction in three Communities
The project outcomes will result in the completion of an engineering assessment and CAD drawings for the communities in Northway, Nenana, Eagle, Dot Lake, and Tanacross. This project will also perform fiber construction to the communities of Eagle, Northway, Tanacross, Dot Lake, and Nenana with buried and aerial fiber to 432 households.
This project will benefit 250 Tribal member households. Approximately 24.5% of Tribal members live below the 150% federal poverty line.
