Project activities include:
Providing financial assistance for monthly service fees for a period of 36 months for approximately 170 households, 17 businesses, and 20 Community Anchor Institutions;
Equipping a Community Anchor Institution with the equipment and supplies to implement a technology center for Tribal members; and
Providing end-user devices to members that complete a broadband use and adoption training.
This project will:
- Provide Tribal members with access to qualifying broadband services; and
- Expand access to telehealth and government resources and services.
The Native Village of Belkofski will provide financial assistance for broadband service fees for approximately 170 households, 17 businesses, and 20 CAIs for 36 months, equip a CAI with technology for a community technology center, and distribute end-user devices to members who complete broadband use and adoption training.
