Purpose/Type This Broadband Infrastructure Deployment project will provide a 3.5 GHz CBRS spectrum broadband network covering 99.74% of Tribal households with minimum 25/3 broadband speeds. The project will construct two fixed FWA network sites utilizing an existing tower and the construction of an additional tower.

Project activities include:
- Design and engineer an LTE RAN transport network with fiber and microwave technology.
- Upgrade equipment for existing tower in the White Eagle area.
- Construct new 15 feet lattice tower in the Marland area.
This project will cover CAPEX and specific OPEX expenses leading to full deployment of a broadband network composed of FTTH and FWA technologies, meeting needs of the Ponca Community.
This project will benefit 399 Tribal households within the project service area, 26.54% of which live below the 150% federal poverty line.
