The proposed project will install necessary infrastructure to lay the groundwork for the future goals of the Potawatomi Nation to connect all households, as well as unconnected businesses and community anchor institutions, via a fiber network offering minimum 1 Gbps end user speeds.

Installation of 3.5 miles of 4-way innerduct, 1.5 miles of 7-way innerduct, and 27 hand holes.
The proposed project will provide:
- 1 Gbps service coverage to all 567 homes in the service area. 136 homes do not currently have internet access, 431 homes do not have qualifying service.
- Service coverage for 11 businesses; 2 are without internet access and 7 are without qualifying service.
- Service coverage for 28 community anchor institutions; 4 are without internet access and 8 are without qualifying service.
The project intends to benefit Tribal residents, employers, employees, job seekers, educators, students, healthcare providers, and their patients.
