This proposal for a Planning, Engineering, Feasibility, and Sustainability Studies project includes purchasing inside and outside fiber optic cable and equipment that are in short supply or present supply chain challenges. Leveraging grant funds toward equipment purchases will result in savings by hedging against future inflation.
