The Broadband Infrastructure Deployment project proposes to install fiber directly connecting 3,671 unserved Native American households and 56 unserved Tribal business and community anchor institutions with fiber-to-the-home 1 Gbps/1 Gbps service.

The project proposes the following activities designed to improve access to, and use of, broadband services among Tribal members:
- Construct a 47.86 mile fiber optic middle mile network and last mile fiber-to-the home providing Internet access to Tribal households, businesses, and community anchor institutions of the White Mountain Apache Reservation.
- Develop a workforce training program for Tribal members.
This project will:
- Provide affordable Broadband services to 3,671 unserved Tribal members.
- Create 10 jobs for Tribal residents.
- Bring new opportunities for remote learning, telemedicine, and remote work.
The project intends to benefit educational institutions, healthcare providers, government agencies, and Tribal members.
