The Broadband Infrastructure Deployment project proposes to install fiber directly connecting 45 unserved Tribal households, 3 unserved Tribal businesses, and 6 unserved Tribal community anchor institutions with 1 Gbps qualifying broadband service.

The project proposes the following activities designed to improve access to, and use of, broadband services among Tribal members:
- Install 3.79 miles of underground fiber.
- Upgrade existing fixed wireless infrastructure to fiber that will provide 1 Gbps symmetrical service.
- Create approximately 25 new jobs and offer workforce development training.
This project will:
- Provide 1 Gigabit Internet access to 45 unserved Tribal households, 3 unserved Tribal businesses, and 6 unserved Tribal community anchor institutions.
- Improve distribution of community information.
- Offer telehealth opportunities.
- Expand and enhance economic development options.
- Affordable broadband programs for the Rancheria, including reduced and free cost options.
The project intends to benefit Tribal residents, employers and employees, health care providers and patients, educators and students, and adult learners.
