The Broadband Infrastructure Deployment project proposes to install fiber directly connecting 800 unserved Native American households, 10 businesses, and 28 anchor institutions with fiber-to-the-home 100 Mbps/100 Mbps service.

The project proposes the following activities designed to improve access to, and use of, broadband services among Tribal members:
- Bring fiber-to-the-home to households, businesses, and anchor institutions.
- Connect the Spokane Tribe of Indians Reservation from Wellpinit to Chewelah by constructing a fiber middle-mile.
- Implement a training program with NoaNet offering training on information technologies.
This project will:
- Bring reliable, affordable, high-speed Internet to the Reservation including the towns of Ford, Wellpinit, Fruitland, and Tribal land south of Chewelah.
- Increase home values.
- Make remote work possible.
- Attract new businesses to the area.
- Boost tourism.
- Increase access to educational opportunities for K-12, post-secondary, and adult students.
- Increase the availability of telehealth.
- Quicken the emergency response time.
- The project will create 6 new jobs.
The project intends to benefit Tribal residents, students (K-12, post-secondary, and adult), business owners, and employees.
