Project activities include:
Providing financial assistance for monthly service fees for a period of 36 months end for approximately 200 households;
Providing 100 end-user devices to Tribal community members and small businesses; and
Launch a Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians (TMBCI) Community Gateway, Digital Café, and broadband use and adoption training program.
This project will:
- Provide Tribal members with access to qualifying broadband services; and
- Promote broadband use and adoption among tribal members, allowing them to leverage new innovations in accessing tribal services.
The Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians will provide financial assistance for broadband service fees for approximately 200 households for 36 months, distribute 100 end-user devices to community members and businesses, and launch a broadband use and adoption and Tribal services access platform including a Community Gateway and Digital Café.
