This Broadband Use and Adoption project will provide pre-payment of gigabit fiber Internet service in three Tribal locations, providing these facilities with reliable high-speed Internet access.

- AT&T will provide gigabit fiber Internet service through point-to-point wireless connections at three locations: the Wiyot community center; the cultural center; and the Tribal fiscal office.
- Nylex.net will install, configure, and manage network equipment and data security.
- Provide 1G/1G service through AT&T to point-to-point locations.
Providing service through AT&T to 3 Tribal community anchor institutions. Installing and deploying equipment to support the service from AT&T.
Tribal members utilizing the three Tribal community anchor institutions where service will be provided.
