2020 Digital Equity Survey Data: The City of Bloomington conducted a survey to assess digital equity issues as part of the first step in the development of the 2020 Digital Equity Strategic Plan.

Technology Resource Center (TRC): The Technology Resource Center (TRC) provides digital skills training, devices for connectivity, and open access to high-speed Internet. The TRC serves as a space to host events such as Excel training sessions for nonprofits and other community events to close the digital divide.
Citywide Classroom South Bend: The City of South Bend supports a partnership with the South Bend Community School Corporation to provide eligible student households with free and reduced-cost home Internet. In fall of 2022, the City of South Bend provided a $150,000 grant to the South Bend Community School Corporation to launch a private LTE network for students and families.
South Bend Digital Literacy Survey: The City of South Bend published the Digital Literacy Survey to understand how members of the community currently use the Internet and implement programs that help residents develop and use digital skills.
South Bend Home Internet Speed Test: The City of South Bend encourages residents to participate in the Home Internet Speed Test to help inform the city’s efforts to provide reliable, fast, and affordable Internet.
Digital Equity/Inclusion Plan:
The City of South Bend Digital Equity Planning Process document serves as a plan to release South Bend's Digital Equity Roadmap in 2022.
