Northstar Digital Literacy Program: The Baltimore County Public Library offers the Northstar Digital Literacy program which includes essential computer and software skills trainings such as Internet basics, K-12 distance learning support, career search skills, and more.

 

Department of Aging Technology Resources: The Baltimore County Department of Aging provides resources for aging residents such as free one-on-one tech support, CyberSeniors training courses, and other workshop opportunities.
