Digital Literacy Alliance: The Digital Literacy Alliance identifies and funds innovation in digital literacy through a broad coalition of institutional stakeholders. The coalition develops strategy, manages an existing seed fund, raises additional funding, and oversees funded programs in Philadelphia.

 

Digital Navigator Program: The City of Philadelphia’s digital navigator services help residents access and use technology. A Digital Navigator may assist residents gain access to affordable and low-cost Internet and/or  obtain a low-cost or free computer. They may also refer individuals to resources such as digital literacy training, adult education programs, or workforce programs..

 

PHLConnectED: PHLConnectED connects eligible households with pre-K-12 students with access to free, reliable Internet service through summer 2023. Additionally, PHLConnectED provides digital skills training and tech support.

 

2021 Philadelphia Household Internet Assessment Survey: The Philadelphia Household Internet Assessment Survey was conducted to better understand the digital access needs of the city’s residents.
