These documents evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the nationwide public safety broadband network (NPSBN). It was prepared by the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) and supports the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance. The PEIS analyzes the impacts of the deployment and operation of the NPSBN across all 50 states, the District of Columbia , and five territories.
