This Planning, Feasibility, and Sustainability Studies project will identify the network requirements that will guarantee affordable and reliable broadband services and achieve a deployment-ready project.

The project proposes the following activities designed to improve access to, and use of, broadband services among Tribal members:
- Build a team of skilled telecommunications, IT, and broadband professionals with the Tribe.
- Conduct a Reservation-wide infrastructure survey and environmental and geotechnical studies.
Develop a broadband network design and market analysis.
This project will:
- Fund the studies required to validate the infrastructure project feasibility in order to identify, quantify, and build potential partnerships to address the digital and broadband needs of the Tribal community.
The project intends to benefit the Tribal government and Tribal community members.
