The Broadband Infrastructure Deployment project proposes to install fiber directly connecting 1,526 unserved Native American households, 54 community anchor institutions, and 10 businesses with fiber-to-the-home and/or fixed wireless to the home 25 Mbps/3 Mbps service.

The project proposes the following activities designed to improve access to, and use of, broadband services among Tribal members:
- Construct 77 miles of backbone and lateral fiber, plus 63 miles of drop cable, to form a link between subscribers and feeder cables creating access to high speed Internet services.
- Place, configure, connect, and activate broadband equipment and software to operate networks, infrastructure, management, and broadband monitoring systems.
- Construct three cellular towers to support EMS (Emergency Medical Services).
This project will provide:
- A minimum of 25/3 Mbps Internet service speeds to tribal households, at no charge for at least 5 years, supporting economic recovery and development.
- Increased access to remote learning opportunities.
- Advance digital inclusion efforts.
The project intends to benefit the entire Pueblo of Isleta community, serving 1,526 unserved households, 10 businesses, and 54 community anchor institutions.
