The Broadband Infrastructure Deployment project proposes to install fiber and construct wireless towers to directly connect 3,158 unserved Native American households with fiber-to-the-home and/or fixed wireless to the home 25 Mbps/3 Mbps service.

The project proposes the following activities designed to improve access to, and use of, broadband services among Tribal members:
- Construct a 167-mile fiber cable network encompassing 12 rural, underserved, and unserved areas of the Osage Nation reservation providing qualifying service of at least 100 Mbps to Tribal households;
- Deploy 16 190’ monopole communication towers to facilitate point-to-point, high-speed wireless subscriber connections.
This project will:
- provide construction and broadband-related jobs for Osage Nation members.
- enable the Osage Nation to expand access to education, telehealth, public safety, and telework services.
- and support the use of smart technologies for agriculture, manufacturing, and government operations and services on Tribal lands.
The project intends to benefit 3,158 unserved Osage Nation households.
