The Broadband Infrastructure Deployment project proposes to install fiber directly connecting 3,371 unserved Native American households, 22 unserved Tribal businesses, and 24 unserved Tribal community anchor institutions with 150 Mbps /150 Mbps qualified broadband service.

The project proposes the following activities designed to improve access to, and use of, broadband services among Tribal members:
- Construct 6 fiber circuits across 475 miles of middle mile and last mile aerial and underground fiber across the Reservation.
- Deploy last mile fiber network connecting 3,371 unserved Tribal households, 22 unserved Tribal businesses, and 24 unserved Tribal community anchor institutions to qualified broadband service with a minimum speed of 150/150 Mbps.
This project will:
- Enable Tribal residents to participate in economic development, educational, and telemedicine opportunities.
- Create about 70 jobs in construction.
The project intends to benefit Tribal residents, Tribal businesses, and Tribal community anchor institutions.
