The applicant will partner and contract with Olsson for architectural and engineering design services.
This planning project will contribute to an overall future Broadband Infrastructure Deployment project encompassing 190 miles of new fiber and/or wireless infrastructure.
The beneficiaries will be 5,366 Tribal households, 158 businesses, and 21 Tribal community anchor institutions. 27.77% of Tribal households live below the 150% federal poverty line.
