This Broadband Use and Adoption project will provide Internet broadband bill payment assistance, provide iPads for elders, and pre-pay broadband access for transitional housing facility residents.

- Provide one-year of Internet broadband bill payment assistance for 375 Tribal households with demonstrated financial need.
- Provide iPads to 75 Tribal elders, giving them access to telehealth and financial support, as well as enable communication with family and friends.
- Hire a new Broadband Outreach Coordinator to provide individualized one-on-one instruction to Tribal elders on how to effectively use the Internet.
- Pre-payment of Internet service for 5 years for the transitional housing facility.
- Providing affordable qualified broadband service to Tribal households with demonstrated financial need.
- Providing Internet access to residents in the Transitional Housing facility.
- Enabling Tribal elders to learn how to use the Internet effectively to obtain healthcare, financial support, and communicate with family and friends.
- 375 Tribal households with demonstrated financial need receiving Internet access.
- 75 Tribal Elders receiving technical assistance from the program.
- Tribal residents living in the Transitional Housing facility, which consists of 20 apartments.
