This Planning, Engineering, Feasibility, and Sustainability project will provide a turnkey program to deploy broadband fiber that will ensure Pueblo members have reliable qualifying broadband service.

The project will implement the following activities aimed at addressing critical challenges faced by the Native Americans in the Tribal service area:
- Development of planning, design, and engineering documents and statement of probable costs for a shovel-ready broadband fiber deployment project. The design will include commercial grade equipment for the network and unserved households.
- Development and preparation of NEPA assessments and related documents.
Conduct all activities necessary to plan and prepare for a future broadband fiber deployment project.
This project will conduct planning activities for a future broadband fiber deployment project which will serve Tribal residents of the Pueblo.
