Draft Environmental Assessment, Zayo Kewanee US-MS-5371 MM, EAXX-006-60-2B-1773657821

The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) has awarded federal funding to The Towers, LLC to construct a 310-foot-tall wireless facility near Kewanee Road South, Toomsuba, Lauderdale County, Mississippi. The Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) evaluates the Proposed Action and the No Action Alternative. The Proposed Action Alternative and No Action Alternative have been assessed based on the NTIA’s Guidance on NTIA National Environmental Policy Act Compliance. NTIA will accept written comments on the Draft EA during the public comment period, which extends from April 10th, 2026 through May 10th, 2026.
