Free Public Wi-Fi Locations: The City of Minneapolis provides a map of locations covering nearly 100% of the city where constituents can connect to free public Wi-Fi, covering nearly 100% of the city 

 

Hennepin County Partnership Resources: The City of Minneapolis partnered with Hennepin County to provide residents with digital navigator services such as access to training and technology resources. 

 

Digital Equity/Inclusion Plan: 

The Minneapolis 2040 Comprehensive Plan serves as a framework for the city’s digital equity and inclusion activities.
