The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), as the agency responsible for complying with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), for the Internet for All grant programs provides herein a notice establishing the Administrative Record for the thirty new categorical exclusions adopted by NTIA effective April 2024.
