Fixed Amount Subaward Overview

BEAD Uniform Guidance Policy Notice Briefing

On July 5, 2023, NTIA released a Request for Comment (RFC) seeking public input on proposals to apply exceptions and adjustments to the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) in the BEAD program. Understanding the Fabric Lifecycle

This document highlights the FCC National Broadband Map’s two main components (fabric and availability data) and the release schedule. It is intended to help Eligible Entities conduct the BEAD Challenge Process. Eligible Entities must stay aware of Fabric and Broadband Availability Map release dates to facilitate the optional “true-up” process and ensure the precision of the data used to make BEAD subgrants.
