In November 2025, the Department of Commerce’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) announced reforms to its Tribal broadband programs to reduce red tape for Tribal governments, promote flexibility, and align NTIA’s grant opportunities to better serve Tribal connectivity.

This webinar provides an overview of Program Income as it applies to Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program (TBCP) Round 1 and 2 recipients, including allowable methodologies, examples of program income, and how program income is reported and monitored.

This is an orientation webinar for TBCP II recipients to welcome new awardees to the program and provide some critical information regarding administering and managing their TBCP award.
