The purpose of this document is to provide Eligible Entities with clear expectations on data NTIA may collect from the EE regarding its own award or any subaward or contract/subcontract issued under the EE’s award or subawards following Final Proposal approval by NTIA. This guidance is SAR 2.0 and adherence to this guidance will be required as of July 2025.
