The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), as lead federal agency, in cooperation with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), has prepared a Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for the proposed NANA Regional Broadband Network Project.
